Yeva is a character on Netflix's Cursed. She is portrayed by Olwen Fouéré.[1]
About[]
Yeva and Merlin have an antagonistic relationship. Despite this, Yeva agrees to use her bird to send a letter to Merlin from Nimue. She seems to be aware of Nimue's true heritage as Merlin's daughter, even before Nimue learns of it herself.
Powers and Abilities[]
She is a rare type of Fey known as a Moon Wing with butterfly-like wings. She was a renowned sorceress who had knowledge of the druidic ways.
Druid Magic: Yeva had a connection with birds and was seen moving roots by Nimue when she was entering. She also was seen to have the birds do her bidding when she sent a hawk to send Nimue's note to Merlin. She was the one who connected Nimue to Merlin through the dream world.
Telepathy: Morgana said that Yeva could read thoughts, and Yeva was able to know about Nimue's past through her thoughts, and Yeva was able to know of Nimue's true father.
Clairalience: Yeva can identify what type of fey people are through smell. She was able to notice that something was off with Nimue based off her sense of smell.
Healing: It is unclear whether not Yeva truly has this ability, but in episode 8, she was seen tending to the wounded.
